Age Verification Policy

Age verification policy

WARNING: Vaping products contain nicotine, which is a highly addictive chemical. — Health Canada

Minimum age

You must be at least 19 years old to browse, purchase or receive products from Puffoo Vapes and Shisha. This applies to every nicotine product, every hookah product and every accessory on this site.

How we verify

Age is confirmed at three points: on entry to this website, at checkout, and again on delivery. Deliveries require government-issued photo identification and an adult signature. Carriers will not leave age-restricted parcels unattended.

Who these products are for

Our products are intended for adult smokers and vapers. They are not intended for, and must not be used by, anyone under 19, non-smokers, people sensitive to nicotine, or anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding. If you have a heart condition, high blood pressure, diabetes or are taking medication for asthma or depression, speak to a doctor before using nicotine products.

Refusal of sale

We will cancel and refund any order where age cannot be verified, and we will refuse delivery where identification is not produced. Providing false information about your age to obtain these products is an offence.

Keep out of reach

Nicotine is toxic if swallowed. Store e-liquid, pods and devices out of reach of children and pets. If a child swallows e-liquid, contact your local poison control centre immediately.
